Job summary

Restore Plc in Newbridge is hiring a 3.5T Van Driver - Secure Collections Operative. This role blends professional driving with hands-on collection of confidential materials from customer sites and secure transport for destruction.

You will move materials across sites, load and unload, and use a PDA to log collections. The role offers a Monday-to-Friday pattern with no weekends or nights and a base salary of £29,891.86 plus a £250 quarterly bonus.

• Provide professional customer service and protect confidentiality.

Role: 3.5T Van Driver - Secure Collection & Manual Handling Role

Location: Newbridge, EH28 8TP

Salary: £29,891.86 + £250 Quarterly Bonus

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 45 hours (No Weekends or Night Shifts)

Contract type: Permanent

This isn't your typical driving role. As a 3.5T Van Driver - Secure Collections Operative, you'll combine professional driving with hands-on collections work, collecting confidential materials from customer sites and transporting them securely for destruction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving a 3.5T vehicle and completing planned collection routes
• Collecting confidential documents, paper waste, IT equipment, WEEE, DMR and secure materials
• Loading, moving and handling collection bags and containers as part of your daily duties
• Working across customer sites, which may involve walking between collection points and using stair access
• Using a PDA to record collections and customer information
• Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Providing excellent customer service and acting as a professional company representative
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer materials
