Job summary

Restore Plc in Newbridge is hiring a 3.5T Van Driver - Secure Collections Operative. This role blends professional driving with hands-on collection of confidential materials from customer sites and secure transport for destruction.

You will move materials across sites, load and unload, and use a PDA to log collections. The role offers a Monday-to-Friday pattern with no weekends or nights and a base salary of £29,891.86 plus a £250 quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Manual handling and hands-on role required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage routes.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5T vehicle on planned collection routes.
• Collect confidential documents, paper waste, IT equipment and secure materials.
• Load and move collection bags/containers as part of daily duties.
• Move across customer sites and, if needed, use stair access.
• Record collections using a PDA and perform vehicle checks.
• Provide professional customer service and protect confidentiality.
