Restore plc is recruiting a 3.5T Van Driver - Secure Collections Operative in Swinton, Manchester. This role combines professional driving with hands-on collection work, transporting confidential materials for secure destruction and ensuring accuracy on every stop.

You'll travel a standard Mon-Fri schedule, no weekends or nights, with a competitive salary of £29,891.86 plus a quarterly bonus, and benefits including training and enhanced leave.

Role: 3.5T Van Driver - Secure Collection & Manual Handling Role

Location: Swinton, Manchester. M27 8UJ

Salary: £29,891.86 + £250 Quarterly Bonus

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 45 hours (No Weekends or Night Shifts)

Contract type: Permanent

This isn't your typical driving role. As a 3.5T Van Driver - Secure Collections Operative, you'll combine professional driving with hands-on collections work, collecting confidential materials from customer sites and transporting them securely for destruction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving a 3.5T vehicle and completing planned collection routes
• Collecting confidential documents, paper waste, IT equipment, WEEE, DMR and secure materials
• Loading, moving and handling collection bags and containers as part of your daily duties
• Working across customer sites, which may involve walking between collection points and using stair accessUsing a PDA to record collections and customer information
• Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Providing excellent customer service and acting as a professional company representative
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of customer materialsAbout you:
