Role: 2nd Line Support Technician

Location: Radcliffe, Manchester

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

The company works exclusively within the education sector, supporting primary schools across the North West. They are looking to expand their Service Desk Team with an additional 2nd Line Support Technician at their Radcliffe office.

This position will be primarily office-based as part of the Service Desk Team. However, there may be occasions where you are required to visit a customer site to resolve issues that cannot be addressed remotely or to participate in project work and installations.

The MSP offers excellent training programs and facilities, and a close-knit team of engineers who are very supportive. You will be well looked after here.
