Job summary

Corriculo Ltd is seeking a 1st line Support Analyst to be the frontline for IT queries and incidents. You will diagnose issues across devices and M365, administer user accounts, provision devices, and manage access while keeping users informed.

You’ll contribute to IT projects, address security concerns promptly, and escalate where needed with clear documentation. The role embraces a collaborative, people-focused IT team in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service desk or IT support environment with hardware, software and basic network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory covering user and group administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to other office locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT queries and incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across devices, user accounts, M365, and core business applications.
• Carry out user administration, device provisioning, and access management.
• Contribute to IT projects and rollouts and flag potential security concerns.
• Escalate to second-line teams with thorough supporting documentation.
