Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar SLA-driven support role.
• Strong experience with various network hardware and cloud services.
• Preferred knowledge in ITIL and SC clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Perform log analysis, configuration changes, device upgrades, and backups.
• Collaborate with 3rd Line and vendors to resolve critical incidents.
• Support Service Desk and 1st Line Engineers.
• Maintain technical knowledge and accreditations.
