Job summary

• Capable of handling Severity 1 & 2 incidents with RCA details.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage Sev 1 & 2 incidents with RCA information.
• Contribute to enterprise storage architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore service.
