Fujitsu in the UK seeks a NetApp storage specialist to join our enterprise support team. The role focuses on handling Severity 1 and 2 incidents and delivering RCA information, with strong knowledge of NetApp storage hardware in large-scale environments.

Security clearance level is required to fulfil this position with a requirement to meet higher level on joining, if not already held. This will be a minimum requirement to be able to fulfil the role obligations.
Hours of work: Our support requirements are Mon-Fri between 0700 & 1900. You will cover 37 hours over the week with a typical day from 0700 – 1530 or 1030 – 1900. There is no weekend working, however overtime may be available, which may include weekends.
