Job summary

Apache Associates in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our dynamic MSP team, providing technical support to a global client base in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with office presence required 3 days per week.

You will work with Microsoft technologies including Intune, AD, Windows Server, Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, and security updates, with opportunities to grow in cloud and security domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2nd Line Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and AD.
• Experience with Intune, Exchange Online and Azure Virtual Desktop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding client support using Intune, AD, Windows Server, Group Policy, Exchange Online, Entra DS and RDS/AVD.
• Investigate and resolve security alerts.
• Review, install and test security and application updates to improve client environments.
• Maintain regular client communication via email, Teams and service desk tools.
• Respond to monitoring alerts for Azure IaaS/PaaS/SaaS and Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement tailored migrations and solutions.
