Job summary

Nourish Care is seeking an IT Technician in Bournemouth, United Kingdom to support a growing workforce. You will own day-to-day technical support for Windows, macOS and mobile devices, ensuring secure access and productive use of technology across the business.

You will administrate Azure and Microsoft 365, manage Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint, and handle onboarding/offboarding with a focus on user experience and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a 2nd line IT support role.
• Experience in Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience administering Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience troubleshooting networking basics (VPN, Wi‑Fi).
• Experience handling onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and willing to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, hands-on technical support across Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Explain technical issues clearly to colleagues at different levels of knowledge.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within SLAs using our helpdesk system.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint).
• Manage user accounts and licences, provisioning and revocation.
• Full onboarding/offboarding for staff including device builds and access.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including VPN, Wi‑Fi, printers, peripherals.
• Maintain clear IT asset documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
