Job summary

Nourish Care, a digital solution provider for health and social care, is hiring an IT Technician to join its Bournemouth team. The role covers proactive technical support across Windows, macOS and mobile devices, plus administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.

You will manage user accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and liaise with suppliers for networking issues. Applicants should have real-world experience in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a UK driving

Qualifications

• Three years experience in a technical support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience troubleshooting networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS/DHCP).
• Experience managing support tickets against SLAs using a helpdesk system.
• Experience onboarding/offboarding devices and access provisioning.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence and are willing to travel between Nourish offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, end-to-end technical support to the workforce on Windows, macOS and mobile devices.
• Resolve tickets within SLAs and keep the ticketing system updated.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Teams, SharePoint).
• Manage user accounts and licences across Microsoft 365 and Azure, provisioning and revoking access.
• Own onboarding/offboarding for staff, including device builds and access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot networking issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, printers) and liaise with external teams as needed.
• Maintain documentation of IT assets and processes, contribute to the knowledge base.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, explaining technical issues in approachable terms.
