Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or similar technical support role.
• Strong 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting capability.
• Comfortable providing hands-on support directly to users.
• Able to take ownership of technical issues through to resolution.
• Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• A practical, problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable working as part of an established internal IT team.
• Able to work on-site in Malton.
