Job summary

Castle Employment is seeking an IT Support Technician (2nd Line) in Malton, North Yorkshire. The role provides hands-on 1st and 2nd line support to users across the business and involves troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues.

Salary is £32,000 (DOE). The successful candidate will join an established in-house IT team, work on-site in Malton, and take ownership of technical issues through to resolution while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or similar technical support role.
• Strong 1st and 2nd line troubleshooting capability.

We're looking to speak with experienced IT Support professionals for an upcoming opportunity with an established business in Malton.

Joining an existing in-house IT team, this will be a hands‑on role providing 1st and 2nd line support to users across the business.

The priority is finding someone who can come in with previous support experience, get up to speed quickly and confidently troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day IT issues.

What we’re looking for
