Qualifications

• Level 4 NVQ or Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service focus with IT delivery.
• Good IT knowledge and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Experience troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Understanding data protection importance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line support for assigned systems and fault diagnosis.
• Make configuration changes and data corrections as required.
• Monitor 3rd-party supplier resolutions and provide progress updates.
