Job summary

Eurobase People is seeking an IT Support Engineer for on-site assignments with Computacenter in the UK. You will handle 2nd line incidents, work to SLA targets, install and configure hardware and software, and coordinate with Level 3 teams to resolve major issues.

The role requires Windows OS expertise (Win10/11), ITSM familiarity (ServiceNow), AD/SCCM basics, network fundamentals, a UK driving licence, and active SC clearance. It runs 01/12/2026–03/05/2027 with a pay rate of £19.33 per hour.

Qualifications

• Windows OS (Win10/11) knowledge required.
• LTSC Channels and KIOSK desirable.
• Basic SCCM/AD and ITSM knowledge expected.
• UK Driving Licence and SC clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake incident and request tasks.
• 2nd line responsibility for resolving incidents to SLA.
• Maintain a 2% incident per month target.
• Be responsible for the completion of assigned works within allocated timeframes.
• Undertake Project Tasks, supporting both internal and external Project Managers.
• Undertake Non Standard Requests tasks to agreed timescales.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate with Level 3 teams to highlight major level issues.
• Find resolution of technical issues for laptop/desktop hardware, networks, printers, etc.
• Install & configure software and hardware.
