Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment is seeking a 2nd Line Support Engineer in Poole to deliver hands-on IT support across Microsoft 365, servers, and networking. You will escalate and resolve incidents, work with a growing team, and participate in documentation and knowledge-base creation.

The role requires at least 2 years on an IT helpdesk, with MS 365 proficiency and the potential to gain SC clearance. A strong emphasis is placed on collaboration, learning, and career development within a forward-thinking

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience on an IT Helpdesk.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Capability to obtain SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle Helpdesk incidents and provide hands-on support for Microsoft 365, servers, and networks.
• Upgrade and configure hardware, software, and related services.
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation and create knowledge base articles.
• Act as an escalation point for L1 engineers and escalation tickets as needed.
• Manage client calls and conduct site visits when required.
