• Providing senior technical support to education sector clients
• Ensuring continuity and efficiency of ICT networks
• Managing and maintaining client network environments

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Qualifications such as MCSA, AZs, and ITIL are highly beneficial
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10 & 11)
• Experience with Azure & Intune
• Excellent PC troubleshooting skills
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server OS
• Active Directory setup and troubleshooting
• Understanding of virtualization concepts
• Good networking knowledge, TCP/IP, and subnetting
• Familiarity with backup solutions, including VM-level backups
• Experience with deployment solutions such as WDS, MDT, SCCM
• Understanding of managed wireless solutions and security protocols
• Knowledge of mobile device integration with Windows networks
• Experience with Office 365, Exchange 365, and Papercut
• Experience with web filtering products and managed antivirus systems
• Previous experience in the education sector or MSPs is advantageous
• Professional and customer service-oriented mindset
