Job Opportunity: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

A leading managed IT support services company is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.

Location:

Wimbledon, SW19 3DB

Salary:

£35,000 – £38,000 per annum

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Network / IT support role
• Supported Microsoft platforms including Windows 10 and Office 365
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues
• Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems, including Windows 10 image builds using SCCM
• Experience with IT tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange

You will primarily work from the office in Wimbledon, with occasional client visits around London. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you'll interact with clients both remotely and on-site.
