Job summary

DGH Recruitment is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst / 2nd Line Support Analyst for a Northfleet-based client on a permanent basis. You will provide professional IT support to all staff and resolve incidents across Windows 11, Office 365, DNS/DHCP and Azure.

As part of the IT team, you will log tickets in ITSM systems, triage issues, and ensure responses meet service levels. A full driving license is required to access sites as needed.

• Provide a professional and consistent level of technology support to all staff.
• Respond to incoming incidents and requests at first point of contact reported via all mediums.
• Ensure all incidents and requests are accurately recorded at the time of being reported and responded to within a set Service Level Agreement
