You will support incidents, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to agile sprints and deployments, ensuring high-quality service and effective problem resolution for users.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical software in a customer-facing environment.
• Previous experience in Application Support, Software Support, QA, UAT, or 2nd/3rd line support roles.
• Exposure to QA/UAT testing or supporting software solutions (2nd/3rd line) is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and problem solving to customers using business software applications.
• Manage software incidents and tickets, including replication and documentation.

## 2nd Level Support ConsultantAnsøg: Sheffield: Full time: Slået op i dag: R09509# # **Your role**# # **What you'll be doing****What We Need**Corpay is currently looking to hire a 2nd Line Support Specialist on a permanent basis within the UK Product Support division. This position falls under our r2c line of business and is based in our Sheffield office. In this role you will encounter a diverse role that will require you to become a business expert in everything within the software application. You will provide advice and expert problem solving to our existing and new customers.
