This senior role is responsible for the successful planning, governance, and delivery of a complex portfolio of local and national digital programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and national digital strategies.
The postholder will provide strategic leadership across digital programmes and projects, oversee benefits realisation, manage significant budgets and resources, and work closely with clinical, corporate, and national stakeholders to deliver safe, effective, and sustainable digital services.
You will be an experienced programme leader with highly developed specialist knowledge of programme and project management within a complex and regulated environment. You will have a strong understanding of digital systems within healthcare and a proven track record of delivering large‑scale change programmes that realise measurable benefits.
You will be confident operating at senior management level, able to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders, and capable of managing competing priorities within a high‑pressure environment.
