Job summary

Evri Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an Operations Controller for the Milton Keynes site. You will assist in driver pre-briefs/de-briefs and complete driver documentation, communicating with Drivers and Customers via phone and company IT systems.

You will manage admin tasks, asset controls, SP payments checks, and daily/monthly reporting, while ensuring health and safety and site rules are followed, supporting a busy evening shift.

Qualifications

• Administration experience / skills.
• Industry knowledge.
• Flexible in approach and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Driver pre-brief or evening de-brief as required
• Control company asset management, notably container portal updates, daily container counts, key and scanner controls
• Check SP payments and issue associated daily/monthly reporting
• Complete all admin tasks and maintain filing system including SP/employee vetting, driver set up processes, ID badge ordering
• Deal with customer queries via Company IT systems
• Any reasonable request from a Manager/Supervisor
• Comply with Health and Safety policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook/displayed at the location in line with Site Risk Assessments
• Comply with Company guidelines in relation to timekeeping, attendance, work performance, appearance and display appropriate behaviour whilst on site
