Job summary

Zen Internet is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to monitor, maintain and improve our critical network infrastructure supporting both consumer and business services.

Reporting to the NOC Shift Lead, you will manage incidents in a live network environment, perform configuration changes confidently during a 24/7, 12-hour shift rotation, and contribute to process improvements. The role requires CCNA/JNCIA level certification or above and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• CCNA/JNCIA level or above (e.g. CCNP) required.
• Experience monitoring, maintaining and improving network infrastructure and services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and improve Zen's critical network infrastructure.
• Manage incidents in a live network environment and apply configuration changes during a 24/7, 12-hour shift rotation.
