Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years experience in a Microsoft operating environment with PC hardware installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Experience in Windows / Office support.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US passport and driver's license throughout employment in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide workstation/PC hardware installation, configuration and maintenance.
• Support user applications and troubleshooting.
• Execute touch labor tasks and other duties as assigned.
• On-call support 24/7 as needed.
