Job summary

UPP Group Holdings Limited is seeking a Helpdesk Manager to be based on-site at the University of Reading on a 12-month fixed term contract, overseeing the 24/7 Helpdesk operation. The role requires strong leadership of a administration team and ensuring service delivery aligns with SLAs for residents, university partners and sub-contractors.

You will be the super user of Planon, monitor reactive and planned maintenance, and ensure records and certifications are completed on time.

Qualifications

Previous managerial/supervisory experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
Excellent customer service and strong organisational skills.
Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the administration team, coordinating recruitment, induction and performance reviews.
Oversee the computer-based property management database monitoring reactive and planned maintenance to meet SLAs.
Ensure planned and statutory maintenance is completed on schedule with required documentation.
Produce data for monthly reports and performance metrics.
