Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland seeks a Mobile Engineer to support Siemens portfolio across London, Slough and the South region. The role covers electrical and basic maintenance tasks within multiple sites, delivering a safe and high-quality service while maintaining strong client relations.

Working Monday to Friday with on-call rota covering weekends/evenings; OCS emphasizes professional conduct, regulatory compliance, and excellent customer service in a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold electrical qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
• Proven experience in building maintenance within commercial environments.
• Ability to undertake a broad range of basic maintenance tasks beyond electrical works.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the Siemens estate.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Undertake basic mechanical and fabric maintenance works where required.
• Support statutory compliance activities and assist with contractor supervision.
• Complete maintenance records, reports, and documentation accurately.
• Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency situations.
• Act as a professional and customer-focused representative of OCS when engaging with site teams and client stakeholders.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry best practice.
