Job summary

Sibylline Ltd is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead day-to-day security operations at the client’s London office. You will supervise both physical security and intelligence activities, ensuring incident response, alarm monitoring, and dispatch processes run smoothly.

This onsite role requires working core hours Monday–Friday, with occasional out-of-hours support during crises. A valid SIA CCTV licence is mandatory to commence employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in security operations, GSOC, intelligence operations, emergency management, or related.
• Experience as a shift supervisor, duty officer, watch commander, operations lead, or equivalent preferred.
• Must hold a valid SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational decision-making during assigned shifts and major incidents.
• Provide supervisory support to intelligence personnel, coordinating security and intel activities during incidents.
• Manage real-time escalation processes and ensure events follow SOPs.
• Oversee alarm monitoring, CCTV operations, access control, dispatch, and incident management.
• Review reports and dispatch records for quality and consistency.
• Ensure smooth shift handovers and continuity of operations.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor service levels and address performance issues.
• Support scheduling, training, and development of PSOC personnel.
• Coordinate with Regional Security Managers, Workplace, Facilities and third-party vendors.
• Act on behalf of the Manager when required.
