Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resolve complex issues in service management for specific clients.
• Perform preventative maintenance on hardware and software; monitor systems for issues.
• Maintain knowledge base with resolved cases for self-service and learning.
• Analyze logs/errors to identify root causes and apply fixes (hardware, software, configuration).
• Implement automation, monitoring improvements and capacity planning to maintain stability.
