Job summary

CBRE is seeking an ICT DCS Day/Night Shift Technician for Croydon Data Centre. You will join a 24/7 shift team ensuring delivery of data centre services, monitoring alarms, coordinating with the Shift Leader, and maintaining health and safety standards across the site.

The role requires prompt issue escalation, adherence to client SLAs, and proactive collaboration with the DCS team to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a data centre environment.
• Ability to operate 24/7 shift rotas and cover duties.
• Awareness of health and safety procedures within critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to client standards for data halls and rooms.
• Liaise with Shift Leader/Manager to meet SLAs and KPI targets.
• Monitor alarms (Hawk-I/Netcool) and escalate issues promptly.
• Complete time sheets, manage stock, and follow change management processes.
