Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring Complex Needs Practitioners in Mauchline to support individuals in their own homes, work 36 hours across five shifts over seven days, including evenings and weekends. Full training is provided, including a funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Applicants must have a UK Driving Licence and access to their own car. This is a full-time post with excellent benefits and progression opportunities within Scotland's largest provider of social care.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required, we recruit on values and transferable skills.
• UK Driving Licence and access to own car is required.
• Fully funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care available on appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
• Assist with medication, general housework, meal preparation and personal care.
• Provide social support, accompany individuals to hobbies/events and participate in activities at home.
