Job summary

County Carers Ltd. in Reading seeks compassionate Complex Care Day Workers and Complex waking night carers to provide specialist home-based care for adults and children with complex health needs.

You will join a supportive team delivering care including tracheostomy, ventilation, PEG feeding, seizure management, and other in-home tasks. Candidates should be self-employed or willing to register, and have in-date training certificates and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex care in clients' homes, including adults and children with complex health needs.
• Manage clinical tasks as listed (tracheostomy, suction/BiPap, ventilation, PEG feeding, seizures, cough assist, bowel and bladder care, autonomic dysreflexia, Buccal Midazolam).
• Maintain safeguarding, documentation and communication with the care team.

• Buccal Midazolam

Requirements:

• Must speak clear and fluent English
• Willing to complete full safeguarding checks and paperwork
• Reliable, compassionate and committed to long-term care
• Self-employed or willing to register
• In date training certificates
