Job summary

Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) is seeking Care Co-Ordinators to support NHS 111, CAS and Out of Hours services. You will own an allocated service area, manage queues, coordinate resource deployment and guide frontline colleagues to deliver safe, timely patient care.

IC24 operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demand. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to maintain service performance and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an allocated service area, manage queues, coordinate resource deployment and support frontline colleagues to deliver safe, timely patient care.
• Monitor queue activity and patient demand, respond to pressures, maintain service performance and escalate concerns when required.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to frontline colleagues, ensuring clear handovers and effective collaboration with operational and clinical teams.
