Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. seeks an External Fulfilment 3PL Control Tower Quality Specialist to lead end‑to‑end quality and inventory control across Europe. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with 3PL partners, and drive standardization of processes in a 24/7 shift environment.

You will collaborate with node managers and problem‑solving teams, support data integrity, and configure warehouse systems to ensure compliance and optimal capacity across 40+ sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Advanced English (CEFR C1) in both spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and support 3PL operations across multiple European sites.
• Provide operational guidance to 3PL partners and monitor KPIs.
• Resolve capacity discrepancies and configure warehouse systems.
• Act as a communication bridge between 3PL partners and Amazon stakeholders.
• Upload and maintain critical data for supply chain visibility and compliance.
