Job summary

Strive Supply Chain is seeking an experienced 3PL Operational Performance Manager to lead the inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with 3PL partners, carriers and internal teams across Europe. The role requires managing warehousing, transportation, and inventory with a strong focus on service, cost, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience coordinating external 3PL logistics providers, carriers, warehouses, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience monitoring operational performance, investigating issues, and coordinating corrective actions.
• Knowledge of customs clearance and import/export processes, including commercial documentation and HS code classification.
• Languages: English and ideally Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day 3PL operations with partners, carriers, customers, and internal teams to support warehousing, transportation, inventory, and fulfilment.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and costs; identify improvement opportunities and drive cost savings.
• Report and present performance findings; implement corrective actions with 3PLs and internal stake holders.
• Support compliance, documentation and regulatory requirements across shipments.
• Travel to 3PLs in Europe to understand operations and align processes.
