This position plays a key role in shaping the future of Administration Services within the Acute & Diagnostics Directorate at NHS Dumfries and Galloway.
Location: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Mountainhall Treatment Centre.
The successful candidate will support the Administration Services Co-ordinator by providing high-level support and line management. Essential qualities include prior line management experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role involves day-to-day management, supporting service redesign, and prioritizing tasks within deadlines.
