NHS Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic Band 3 SHCSW for Midpark Hospital, a mental health facility. Midpark Hospital is an 81-bedded Mental Health Hospital.
The post involves working under the supervision of a registered care professional and other MDT members to provide clinical care, ensuring high standards are maintained to enhance patient care.
Excellent communication skills are essential. You must demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a clinical team to support safe and effective care.
You will be expected to work various shifts over 24 hours, including weekends, adhering to HCSW Standards & Code of Conduct aligned with the NHS Education for Scotland HCSW Framework, demonstrating Clinical Skills, Leadership, Facilitating Learning, and Service Improvement.
