Job summary

Carter Jonas is looking for ambitious graduates to join our Infrastructure team in London or Bristol on a 3-year Graduate Programme.

We cover sectors including Energy, Transport, Utilities, Geospatial/GIS and Property/Asset management, with APC preparation and structured training to develop technical knowledge and professional competencies. You will be supported by supervisors and peers throughout your APC journey.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree and interest in infrastructure property.
• Experience in surveying, particularly valuation or compulsory purchase, is beneficial but not essential.
• Attitude, potential and willingness to learn are valued.

Responsibilities

• Support APC training and development throughout the 3-year programme.
• Assist senior surveyors on infrastructure projects across sectors.

We are looking for ambitious students with a background in/knowledge of the sector to join our growing Infrastructure teams in London or Bristol on a 3-year Graduate Programme.

Society faces a range of complex challenges, including housing shortages, the transition to cleaner energy, climate adaptation, biodiversity enhancement and the need for sustainable infrastructure. Within our Infrastructure team, we help clients and communities respond to these challenges across both urban and rural environments. What will it take to be successful?

We're looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals who are studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree and have an interest in the infrastructure property sector. Experience within surveying, particularly exposure to valuation or compulsory purchase, is beneficial, but it's your attitude, potential and willingness to learn that will set you apart.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, an inquisitive thinker and a natural problem solver who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals. You'll be highly motivated, keen to develop your skills and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

You will be asked to respond to a number of questions about your work experience as well as your motivations and interest in a career in property as well as any extracurricular activities. We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment. If successful, you will be invited to attend an interview in November.
