Job summary

Carter Jonas invites ambitious graduates to join our Infrastructure team across Nottingham, London and Bristol on a 3-year Graduate Programme. You’ll work on varied infrastructure sectors, with a focus on energy, utilities and transport, while developing through APC training and dedicated mentoring.

You will gain hands-on experience in surveying, valuation and compulsory purchase, building the knowledge and confidence for chartership in a fast-moving environment.

We are looking for ambitious students with a background in/knowledge of the sector to join our growing Infrastructure teams in Nottingham, London and Bristol on a 3-year Graduate Programme.

What will it take to be successful?

We're looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals who are studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree and have an interest in the infrastructure property sector. Experience within surveying, particularly exposure to valuation or compulsory purchase, is beneficial, but it's your attitude, potential and willingness to learn that will set you apart.

The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, an inquisitive thinker and a natural problem solver who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals. You'll be highly motivated, keen to develop your skills and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.

We ask you to provide reference contact details, one educational and one employment. If successful, you will be invited to attend an interview in November.
