Purpose

Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our Bromley store.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.71 plus non-contractual sales commission.

Position Details

This is a part-time, permanent position, contracted for 16-20 hours per week.

Ideal candidate: If you have energy, drive, and passion for working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment, this role is for you!

You should have a positive attitude towards customer service, be able to work well in a team, maintain stamina on a busy shop floor, and stay calm under pressure.

Key Activities

1. Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information about our products.
2. Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
3. Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
4. Collaborating with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
5. Replenishing stock continuously to ensure shelves are always full.
6. Processing stock deliveries promptly.
7. Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor to a high standard.
8. Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
