The Role

As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive store traffic and enhance their digital presence. Working closely with franchise partners and retail teams, you’ll create compelling content, manage social media, and develop targeted print and digital strategies to maximise brand awareness and sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving Footfall to Stores – Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital & print) to attract more customers.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing – Manage store social media accounts, create engaging content, and leverage paid ads to boost brand awareness.
• Local & Print Advertising – Design and distribute marketing materials, coordinate promotions, and enhance store visibility.
• Campaign Performance & Reporting – Track campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and optimise marketing efforts.
• New Store Launches – Support the marketing efforts around new store openings and promotions.
• Collaboration – Work closely with retail teams and franchise partners to align marketing activities with business goals.
