Job summary

Johnson Matthey is seeking JM LEAD Graduates to join a world leader in platinum group metals. You will complete three rotational placements over 2.5 years across Science, Commercial and Operations, building broad business understanding and delivering cross-functional projects.

You will apply technical and analytical skills, demonstrate leadership potential, and collaborate with global teams. The programme supports hybrid working and aims to develop future leaders through structured development

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline, with a minimum 2:1 classification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply technical knowledge in practical settings.
Demonstrated leadership potential and a genuine interest in developing as a future leader.

Responsibilities

Completing three rotational placements over 2.5 years across key business areas including Science, Commercial and Operations.
Leading and supporting business-critical projects that improve performance, sustainability, growth and operational excellence.
Collaborating with colleagues across global teams to deliver solutions and build broad business understanding.
Applying technical and analytical skills to solve complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
Building leadership capability through structured development and exposure to senior stakeholders.
