Johnson Matthey invites graduates to join the JM LEAD program, a 2.5-year, three-rotation scheme spanning Science, Commercial and Operations. You will lead and support projects to boost performance, sustainability and growth, while collaborating with colleagues worldwide to deliver practical, value-creating solutions.

The role emphasizes applying technical skills, building leadership, and contributing to continuous improvement through innovative initiatives and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in developing as a leader.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and take ownership of deliverables.
• Geographic flexibility and willingness to travel across JM locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotational placements over 2.5 years across Science, Commercial and Operations.
• Lead and support business-critical projects to improve performance and sustainability.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions and build broad business understanding.
• Apply technical and analytical skills to solve challenges and identify improvements.
• Build leadership capability through development and exposure to senior stakeholders.
