Johnson Matthey invites graduates to join a 2.5‑year JM LEAD program with three rotations across Science, Commercial and Operations. You’ll lead and support projects that boost performance, sustainability and growth while collaborating with colleagues globally to deliver practical solutions.

Develop technical and analytical skills, build leadership capability through exposure to senior stakeholders, and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement for a circular future.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science or related field with 2:1.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with practical application.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in leadership development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Willingness to travel across JM locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete three rotations over 2.5 years across Science, Commercial and Operations.
• Lead and support projects improving performance, sustainability and growth.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver solutions and build understanding.
• Apply technical and analytical skills to solve challenges and identify improvements.
• Develop leadership through structured development and senior exposure.
