Job summary

Acuity Care Group in Exeter is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide 1:1 care for a bright, twenty-year-old girl at home. Shifts include early mornings, evenings, and sleep‑in duties, with full training provided.

You will work as part of a small, stable team, engage in sensory and play-based activities, and benefit from fully funded training, DBS clearance, and employee benefits. Weekly or monthly pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with Autism, challenging behaviours or complex needs is helpful but not essential.
• Happy to engage in sensory, creative, and play-based activities.
• Comfortable working within the home.
• Able to work as part of a small, stable team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to a young girl in her own home in Exeter.
