A leading company in Guildford is seeking a proactive 1st Line Support Engineer to provide frontline IT support. This role involves resolving technical issues, assisting staff with applications, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of relevant experience and strong communication skills, with a passion for IT.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically minded individual to join as a 1st Line Support Engineer. You will be the first point of contact for all IT and application-related queries, supporting staff with technical issues and contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of internal systems. The role offers hands-on experience with bespoke business applications and broad IT operations support.
