Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment - Epsom is seeking three 1st Line Technicians for a hybrid role in the UK. You will be the first point of contact, delivering prompt IT support and ensuring users receive effective solutions.

Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months in a 1st Line IT Support role, with MSP or internal IT experience, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows, basic networking, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' experience in a 1st Line IT Support role.
• Experience in MSP or internal IT environments is acceptable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows OS; basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st Line IT support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
