Qualifications

• Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10 / 11, and Active Directory.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and general networking setups.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Deliver high standard of service and communication to all users.
