Join our dynamic team as a 180 Delivery Consultant, where you'll focus on sourcing top-tier candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. You'll work closely with our sales team to match skilled professionals with outstanding opportunities, without the pressure of business development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Learn how to identify and engage with potential candidates using various tools and techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Client Support: Assist in managing relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and supporting experienced consultants in delivering tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong portfolio of clients through networking, calls, and market research.
  • Recruitment Cycle: Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
