Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our growing team in the UK. You will set up, operate, and remove traffic management sites in line with NHSS standards and company RAMS.

We seek candidates with Lantra qualifications, the right to work in the UK, a valid UK driving licence (max 6 points), and the ability to read CAD traffic management drawings. Drug and alcohol checks will be required.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in accordance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring the team works safely and efficiently to achieve quality outputs.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times and RAMS.
• Safely unloading/loading vehicles containing traffic management equipment.
• Adhering to Method Statements and daily vehicle checks; reporting defects.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB General Operative

Duties may include:

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects
