Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is recruiting Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives in the UK. The role involves operating IPVs, setting up and removing traffic management sites, and ensuring NHSS compliance. You will read CAD drawings and report any near misses to managers.

You will be responsible for completing risk assessments, daily vehicle checks, and maintaining safe working practices. A valid UK driving licence and RAMS awareness are required.

Qualifications

• Lantra TM qualifications are required.
• Must pass Drugs & Alcohol check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and operate traffic management equipment.
• Set up, maintain and remove Traffic Management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Report near misses and issues to Site/Operations Managers.
• Complete risk assessments and daily vehicle checks.
• Ensure safety and RAMS compliance at all times.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB IPV OPERATIVE

Duties may include:

Driving an IPV.

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete Risk Assessments.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
